What are YParrot's pricing plans and how much does transcription cost?
YParrot offers two pricing models: per-minute transcription charges and monthly subscription plans. Pricing varies based on usage volume and plan type. Enterprise clients have custom pricing arrangements. Contact us for detailed pricing information specific to your needs.
Do you offer any free trials or samples before purchasing?
Yes, we strongly encourage users to try our trial service before making any purchases. This allows you to test our 95% accuracy Bengali transcription and evaluate quality before committing to paid plans.
What payment methods do you accept and in which currency?
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and local Bangladesh payment systems. All pricing is in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the transcription quality?
YParrot has a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final once transcription processing begins. This is why we strongly recommend using our trial service first to evaluate our quality and accuracy before purchasing any paid plans.
How does billing work for subscription plans vs per-minute pricing?
Per-minute pricing charges you only for the actual audio duration you transcribe. Subscription plans provide monthly allowances of transcription minutes at discounted rates. Enterprise plans include custom billing cycles and volume discounts. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
