2.1 Our Services

YParrot provides Bengali speech-to-text transcription services that allow users to:

Convert Bengali audio files to accurate text

Extract quotes from transcribed content

Process content from YouTube, Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram

History & Downloads

Access transcription history and download results

2.2 Service Specifications

File Size Limit

Maximum 50MB per upload

Processing Time

Typically less than 10 minutes

Accuracy Target

We target 90% accuracy but do not guarantee perfect transcription

Geographic Availability

Currently available exclusively to users in Bangladesh

3. User Registration and Accounts

3.1 Account Requirements

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Provide a valid organizational email address

Provide your legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID Card

Provide accurate and complete registration information

3.2 Account Restrictions

Each user may maintain only one account

Account sharing is strictly prohibited

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.3 False Information Policy

Providing false information during registration will result in:

Immediate account termination

Potential legal action under Bangladesh law

Forfeiture of any paid services without refund

Users may request account termination by contacting us at Contact@YParrot.com. Upon termination:

All data will be removed from the user interface

Deleted data may be recovered for a fee based on file duration

We reserve the right to retain data as required by law

4. Service Usage and Limitations

Usage Limits

Daily and monthly transcription limits apply based on subscription plan

Enterprise clients may have separate limit arrangements

Exceeding limits may result in service suspension

6. Payment Terms

Failed payments may result in service suspension

YParrot's total liability is limited to 70% of amounts paid for the specific service

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

We are not responsible for damages resulting from transcription errors or service interruptions

Users who rely on raw transcriptions without human verification do so at their own risk

8.4 Legal Content Disclaimer

We accept no responsibility for legal issues arising from transcription errors

Users must independently verify transcriptions for legal, medical, or critical applications

We are not liable for consequences of using unverified transcriptions

9. Prohibited Activities

9.1 Strictly Prohibited

Users may not:

Upload illegal or copyrighted content without authorization

Share account credentials with others

Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

Use the service for spam or malicious purposes

Reverse engineer or copy our technology

Create multiple accounts

9.2 Enforcement

Violations result in immediate account termination without warning

No refunds are provided for terminated accounts

We reserve the right to pursue legal action for violations

Users must comply with all third-party terms of service
